The Castle is a traditional pub in the heart of Walthamstow Village with local ales,

fine wines, delicious food and great coffee served by welcoming staff in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. The Castle is all a good local should be –  dog and child friendly with a snug fire when it’s cold outside and a garden in which to linger on those warm days and long summer evenings.

We change our menu regularly to introduce new and interesting dishes but a few 'Castle Favourites' will always remain on the menu: The Castle Burger,  Beetroot and Quinoa Burger,  Jerk Chicken and of course traditional Roasts every Sunday lunch, stretching into the evening.
